2)When you are ready to make payment, "Open Bag" at the bottom right corner of our page and click "Check Out"
3)Choose your payment method (Bank transfer / Paypal)
3a)Procced to do a bank transfer online / ATM and drop us an email when done. We will mail out your item the following working day.4)If you have problems purchasing it online, please email us at DoggieWardrobe@gmail.com or drop a comment stating the size and design preferred. Don't forget to leave your contact no. or email!
3b)Proceed to pay via paypal and we will mail out your item the following working day.
How to measure your dog's size
Payment:
Payments will be done through Bank Transfers or Paypal.
Banks: POSB, UOB, OCBC.
Bank Account information will be sent after order has been confirmed
We welcome overseas customers to pay by paypal.
Delivery:
Delivery will be done through post.
Postage fees will be bearable by buyer.
Additional $3 for registered mail.
For Overseas customers, postage to be confirmed.
Pre Order:
If sizes are out of stock, orders can be made via email.
We will get back to you when the stock has arrived.
Exchange Policy:
A $5 fee will be levied for every exchange.
Exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase.
All items must be in original condition with plastic.
Doggie Wardrobe reserve the rights to reject exchanges if items are soiled or damaged.
Exchanges will be carried out through meetups at Doggie Wardrobe's preferred location only.
